Excellent and good location in London, near the centre, and Lancaster Gate tube station. Very well decorated units with beverages, tasteful decor and a lovely wide-spraying shower, and efficient staff.

The hotel is ideal, beds are comfortable, bathroom is large. The breakfasts is good with a lot of food. The staff are very amiable and excellent co-operating and ready to help if you need anything. The location is perfect, 2 miles from Madame Tussauds London. Also it is short walk to 2 underground stations, bus stops, local restaurants and pubs, and Kensington Gardens and the park and local shops/restaurants...

Consider asking for a quieter room if you're sensitive to noise, as some rooms may have limited sound insulation.

Location.
i asked for 3 beds and mentioned in my reservation. When I arrived in the room, only 2 beds. They should inform us before. We were 3 adults to sleep together in the same bed. One of my friends tried to pay the hotel, but couldnt because the recept comes in my name...so strange.

Location
Size of the room was not enough for two beds not for 4 beds. I think having our room size for 4 person was illegal and I have not seen that even in 3rd world country.

Good location.
We lived in a small room in the basement. It is really dirty and I hardly sleep well. The room is small. There is nothing good except the location of the hotel.
